This strip took forever, and I can’t take all the credit for it either. Every winter I think of calvin and hobbes and how Bill ingeniously did those snowmen… I wanted to do my own.  One day I was flipping through a friends facebook profile pics and came across this amazing zombie snowman pic. I couldn’t get it out of my head. It was brilliant!!! I couldn’t have done it better myself, and it became the inspiration for the strip. The pic I am talking about is by an amazing artist named Simon Fraser and you can see the resemblance, though I did put my own special spin on it. I’m all about giving credit where credit is due, so thank you Simon for coming up with this brilliant idea and I hope you don’t mind that I “picassoed” it.

Ok as you can see we missed our target… That’s not for lack of trying…. Right now my creative juices are not flowing like I thought they would be. So we’ll relaunch in 2011… this will let me build the buffer I never had, and design a nice money earning site (yeah right). In the mean time you can check back and see the progress as I redesign the site.

Well since the last post a lot has happened personally that has taken a lot of my time and energy, I’m not going to be childish or rediculous and air it out here, I’m fine and that’s all you all need to know.

We’ll be back on the 15th of November with a new site and some new stories so stay tuned!!!

What I did on my summer vacation

Meet Clancy the Croc-o-gator and Jimmy. I’ve been drawing these 2 in meetings and on notebooks for about 3 months and didn’t know what to do with them. I thought about doing another 3-4 panel strip, but that’s a lot of work. I spent last week on the cape, though I brought my lap top, I only used it to check e-mail and facebook. I did tons of drawing though, the “old school kind”. This strip was one of them. I also have some other stuff that I’ll post soon.  So I think it’s going to be a one panel, you’ll see it here every now and again, Hope you like it- leave a comment and let me know what you think!
