Well we’re back! lots has happened since August… Changes have happened all over the place. I feel like I’m in a good spot. And I think Canned Ham will be too. Like I said previously, this is not where I’m going to air my Dirty Laundry. There’s too much of that on the internet and well it ain’t no body’s business but mine! If you’re a friend then you know what’s going on, if you’re just a reader, you don’t need to know.
I’ve lost 40lbs(see pic below), ran a 5k, had my tonsils removed and my nose fixed. Here’s a pic of me from 2009 and a pic of me from the other night. No I’m not flexing… I’ve got a new feature I’m going to be running on here and I needed a pose, The computer has photobooth and there’s a bazillion pics of me doing something goofy in there, when I took this pic I was amazed to see the weight I had lost. I mean people have told me I’ve lost a lot of weight, and I know the scale doesn’t lie, but to see it for really the first time was quite jarring. Just thought I’d Share

Stronger, Faster, Better
Yes Ogden has grown a nose. Like me things are changing for him. I really like him with a big blue nose and I hope you do too! It’s 2011 and it’s a new year and let’s hope it’s better than 2010.
